In the days & weeks after our girl was born she made me a DELICIOUS warming & healing soup, lactation cookies (those didn’t last long), prepped a healing sitz bath & left me with a bag full of herbs for future baths, washed dishes, chatted with my partner & I about any postpartum struggles or concerns along with answering any questions we had about our newborn via text, held our girl so momma could have a little time for herself & made a GORGEOUS birth chart with a message for our daughter!
